For People & Culture
Onsday is one shared daily puzzle. It works because taking part is optional, so there is nothing to roll out and nothing to require — a company that makes it compulsory turns it into the thing it replaced, and it is over within a quarter. Start with one team and find out whether the habit holds.
- Nothing to install — Fully playable without accounts; people sign in only when they want streaks and Smart Power across devices.
- You will not be shown individuals — Participation belongs to the team. A team sees its own board and its Team Smart Power; there is no per-person report, and there is deliberately never going to be one.
- Start with one team — Members play free, for ever, and what a captain pays for is running a team. There is no company-wide product for sale yet, so the honest first step is one team and a real answer.
